Phone repair without leaving campus
A phone is your bank, your timetable, your bus ticket and your way of telling someone you will be late. Being without it for two days because a shop needs to keep it overnight is not a realistic option.
Where we go
- University of Suffolk, Neptune Quay
- Suffolk New College
- Athena Hall
- The Waterfront
- Ipswich town centre
The problem
Why the usual way does not work
Student budgets do not do surprises, and the standard experience with a repair shop is that you have to ask what it costs and then wait for someone to ring you back with a number. That is a terrible way to make a decision when you already know roughly what you can afford.
So every price is on this site. You can decide before you message us, not after.
What we do about it
How it works for students
- We come to you
- Halls, the Waterfront campus, a table in a café, a friend's flat. Wherever you can sit for half an hour.
- The price is on the page
- Look it up before you get in touch. What you see includes the call-out, so there is nothing added at the end.
- Your phone never leaves your sight
- It is fixed in front of you and we never need your passcode for a screen or a battery. Nothing gets taken away and nothing gets looked at.
- Evenings, which is when you are actually free
- We run from 7am to midnight, seven days a week, so a repair does not have to cost you a lecture.
