A broken handset costs you more than the repair does. Somebody is uncontactable, or they lose half a day driving into town and back. We come to the site instead and work through as many phones as you have in one visit.

The problem
Why the usual way does not work
The usual route is that an employee takes a morning off, drives into Ipswich, drops the phone somewhere and comes back for it that afternoon. That is most of a working day gone for a thirty-five minute repair, and it happens one handset at a time.
Multiply that by a team and it stops being a small problem. Six phones over a year is six half-days, six lots of mileage and six people who were hard to reach while it was happening.
What we do about it
How it works for businesses
- Several handsets, one visit
- Line them up and we work through them at a desk or in the car park. Six phones in one visit costs everybody far less than six separate trips, and nobody leaves the site.
- Monthly invoicing, VAT receipt
- No card machine passed round the office and no expense claims. We invoice monthly with a VAT receipt so it goes through the books once.
- Prices you can budget against
- Every price is published on this site before you ask. You can work out what a screen costs across your fleet without a phone call, which is not something you can do with a firm that quotes on request.
- Outside working hours if that suits better
- We run from seven in the morning until midnight, seven days. If it is easier to do a batch after the office closes, that is a normal booking for us, not a favour.
